Sizing & Fit

  • How do I know if it will fit?
    Vintage sizing varies significantly by era and brand. We provide the exact measurements (chest, waist, and length) in every product description. We recommend comparing these to a similar item you already own.

Shipping & Delivery

  • How much is shipping?
    Standard UK shipping is £3.50, or FREE on all orders over £70.

  • How fast do you ship?
    We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your vintage find is on its way.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Can I return my order?
    Yes! We offer a 14-day return policy. Because our items are unique one-offs, they must be returned in the exact condition they were received to qualify for a refund.

  • Do you offer exchanges?
    Since every piece at Troubadour Vintage is a one-of-a-kind original, we cannot offer direct exchanges for different sizes or colours.

Pre-Orders & Drops

  • Do you do pre-orders?
    Most of our stock is "ready to ship," but for our curated reworked collections, we occasionally offer pre-orders. Timelines for these are usually 7–14 days and will be noted on the product page.

Care Instructions

  • How do I wash vintage fabrics?
    Vintage fibres can be delicate. We suggest hand washing or a cold, gentle cycle for most items. Always air dry—never tumble dry vintage pieces as it can damage old stitching and delicate graphics.

Payment Methods

  • How can I pay?
    We accept all major cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

  • Do you offer "Buy Now, Pay Later"?
    Yes, you can spread the cost of your vintage haul using Klarna or Clearpay at checkout.
